We ordered a Mountain Buggy double buggy online and were really pleased to receive a call from the team at Pushchairs and Car Seats to confirm if it was for twins so they could make sure a specific adapter for two bassinets was included FOC. Making this assumption and proactively checking with us really was over and above in terms of service. Later when buying sleeping bags for the same buggy, a mistake on our side meant we ordered an out of stock item so it didn't go through. Again the team were efficient in refunding immediately then when we enquired as to the status, sorting out to replace the order for an in stock item. Great service, great communication and super fast delivery all the way to Aberdeen. Highly recommended and we will be shopping with them in the future for sure. Tom

We bought a few items from here during the pandemic. A changing table, and a travel system (pram, stroller, car seat). Really helped us find what we needed and also fitted the car seat for us. When we had a few problems later we went back and they adjusted the car seat base for us to make it easier to slot the seat in and out. Since our baby has grown out of the first car seat we bought the next one elsewhere in the sales but these guys were still happy to help make sure it is fitted in our car properly. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Marvellous shop, will be going back here for all and any future related purchases and have recommended to all my friends. First visited in May and was shown around by a very accommodating and knowledgeable lady who took us through all the pros and cons that weren't obvious to us as new parents. We actually ended up buying two for the same price as John Lewis! Delivery went smoothly and we've loved both our prams/car seats. I had a query a few days ago and emailed, and they emailed straight back sorting the issue and I had next day delivery on an item right before Christmas, what amazing service. Thanks guys!

We have purchased 3 car seats from this place over the years and have always been very happy with the service. Their advice has been genuine and hasn't just been about pushing the most expensive product. Today, they surpassed themselves: fixing a car seat whose base had become stuck. They did this within hours of emailing and without charge, and then basically insisted of fitting it into the car. Fantastic customer service and can't speak highly enough. Will definitely use them again.

Jon was so helpful in fitting a car seat for us which had previously been bought from Pushchairs and Car Seats but was being switched from our daughter's car to ours(grandparents). We had struggled to fit it ourselves and so I made an appointment online for it to be fitted there. This was a free service and they were so helpful and safety conscious about both the seat and the current situation. Excellent service. All three grand children's seats have been purchased here.

I recently ordered a stroller and accessories from Pushchairs and Car Seats - they had the best deal I could find online by quite a large amount of money, so I will always check their site for any future purchases.
I made a mistake and ordered a travel bag that doesn’t fit the stroller I purchased, Jon from the business emailed me and made me aware of this but then went over over and above and managed to source me a bag that will fit the stroller without me asking him to. This was such a pleasant surprise as the travel bag was an essential part of the purchase as I fly with my son quite often to visit family at the other end of the UK.
I have also been in quite a rush to receive everything on the order, Jon has kept me up to date and chased this for me daily and ensured that everything arrived on time - he’s been absolutely fantastic to deal with.

Found this company online, the price for the pushchair I got from them was less expensive than everywhere else plus they offered a free raincover with the pushchair. What not to like.
Called them first to make sure it is in stock, John said that it would be delivered on Wednesday (3rd working day). Paid by PayPal for the peace of mind.
The pushchair and the free gift were delivered by DPD on Wednesday as promised.

““Excellent customer service” - Ordered an ISOFIX base and accompanying seat as it was by far the best price I could find. The site produced an error when checking out via Paypal, so I called up to confirm that it had gone through, and the man noted that the colour I'd ordered seemed to be out of stock. I mentioned that I'd also been looking at another (slightly more expensive) colour so he offered to send that out instead for the price I'd already paid. I was very pleased and both items arrived very promptly. Unfortunately there was an issue with the sunshade on the seat, but we couldn't return it because our baby had been born early and we were already using it! To their credit they were more than happy to arrange a replacement shade and have already shipped it out to me. Overall, fantastic customer service, good selection and prices, and speedy delivery. It's the third or fourth time we've visited Pushcairs & Car Seats for advice or purchases - they're the only place we've ever bought our car seats from and the only place we envisage buying them from going forward. We'd just like to say how much we appreciated their fantastic service - on each visit we've paid them, they have always been patient and charming, even when we haven't been there to purchase anything. Not only that, but they always seem focused on finding the best seat for our children / car combination, rather than on encouraging us to buy the most expensive thing that they stock. We'd also like to add that it's so refreshing to be sold a product by someone with expert knowledge of that product, particularly when that product is as important as a safety seat for children.

Good quality car seat. Internal speakers and cable to plug into the DVD player on long journeys are excellent as the driver is not subjected to 2 hours of childrens DVD's. Seats are comfortable and recline for longer journeys. Headrest inflates, so can be adjusted to suit each child. Cover is easily cleaned. Delivery was quick, only 2 days after placing the order.

The price was the best on the web and in shops and also they had an excellent deal which included the rain cover and footmuff.The staff I spoke to on the phone and via e mail were all very friendly and helpful. A brilliant site which stocks the best products. The thing that really makes a difference, though, is the personal touch. The staff give the best advice on what car seat or pram, etc. would suit you best - they are amazingly well informed and really seem to want to help you and make sure you buy what's best for your personal situation - not just sell you the most expensive option! They're happy for you to visit the showroom and look at all the different options, which I think is invaluable when you're buying something like this that you'll be using every day, and probably spending quite a lot of money on. If you visit, they'll really spend time with you, so you can see what it feels like to use the pram or carseat, and have all the extra features explained to you in detail - brilliant, and something you really miss if you buy online without getting a chance to try things out first. That said, their online ordering service is also really good, and the prices competitive.

Whilst I was aware that I could order online, I had a query about the delivery. We wanted to make sure that we had it by next day and their standard delivery said 1-2 days but could pay an amount to ensure next day. The person I spoke said that I would get it the next day so no need. First tick! I then offered to go back and order online bu the person I spoke to was more than happy to go through the order over the telephone. Second tick! We also got a great discount too, on an already discounted product, so, Third Tick! Straight after the telephone conversation (which was a very courteous and friendly conversation) we received email confirmation. By 4pm that day, I received a text from the courier saying that they were due to deliver next day. Next morning received a text with my hour slot and it was delivered within that time frame. Fourth tick! The whole amount of time from order to delivery was 26 hours. Big huge massive fifth tick!! And to top it all, the pushchair (Out N About Double) is absolutely superb - so easy to set up and went out for a walk with it across the fields straight away. One of the twins was asleep within 5 minutes so that gets another huge sixth tick!! I cannot recommend them enough. So nice to receive good service from companies nowadays and to have an actual telephone conversation with someone who doesn't make you feel as if you're taking up their time by not ordering online. So thank you thank you thank you!!

I would just like to say how pleased I am with my twin city mini 2012 model pushchair, could not believe how good the price was I think I checked every site and their price was by far the best plus I had a free raincover. After reading the good reviews for this company I telephoned with my order excellent customer service I was told that delevery was next day (sat) I said Tuesday would be best so Tuesday morning I had an e.mail to say the pushchair would be delivered between 9.20 and 10.20am it was deleiverd before 9.30 AMAZING SERVICE, would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to friends and family.
