Delivery Policy

Shipping and Payment Options

Increased Import checks and paperwork has put suppliers are under increased pressure but we are endeavouring to keep products flowing into stock and out of our warehouse. We would advise customers to plan ahead as much as is possible in these challenging times.

We process orders every day and the office is attended to ensure we can receive our deliveries and courier out your orders. We have a courier collection with DPD every week day. DPD provide text message shipping confirmation and delivery times. 


Payment Options

Pushchairs and Car Seats offers its customers several payment options. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable conducting business on the Internet. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal through our secure website. Paypal are currently offering 4 months interest free credit if you have a Paypal Account.

You can also contact Customer Services at to place your order if you are unable to place your order online or in our showroom.


You can now also pay using Paypal accounts. Your order will be despatched when we receive confirmation of payment from Paypal.

Shipping & Delivery

Please Note

Due primarily to the weight and size of these items we are unable to ship any products to destinations outside of the UK. All of our stock is UK specification which means they conform strictly to UK standards.


Mainland Britain

Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, pushchairs and car seats aims to deliver all orders within 5-7 working days.


Delivery is FREE on all orders of £85 or more. Our warehouse is not open on a Saturday or Sunday. All orders under £85 are charged at £4.25 irrespective of the number of items ordered, their weight or order value.

If you specify next day delivery to the UK Mainland at £8.75 then provided we receive your order before 1.00pm we will pick pack and despatch it on the day you ordered for delivery on the next working day.


Orders placed before 1.00pm on a Friday will be shipped on Friday for Monday delivery. Deliveries are normally made between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm. If you place your order after 1.00pm on a Thursday then it will be despatched on Friday for delivery on Monday. We can now deliver on Saturdays and Sundays for an additional charge of £28.75.

BFPO orders are treated the same as UK Mainland, £4.25 or FREE on all orders of £85 or more. Please note BFPO orders can only go via The Royal Mail so we are unable to deliver any items over 2kg in weight.


Scottish Highlands

Delivery to the following postcodes now fall within the Scottish Highlands. AB31-AB35, AB41-AB54, AB36-AB38, FK17-FK21, G83, IV1-63, HS1-HS9, KW1-14, PA20-78, PH15-99. Delivery of in stock items takes 2 working days is £19.75


Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, The Isle of Wight (UK Outlying Areas) - £28.75


Scottish Islands includes the following postcodes, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, ZE ( All). Delivery of in stock items within 2-3 working days is £28.75


North and Southern Ireland (EIRE)


Delivery to Northern Ireland and Eire is £28.75 irrespective of the number of items ordered, their weight or order value due to the increased checks at costs as a result of leaving the EU Single Market.

Should your chosen products be unavailable or delayed, we will contact you to give you revised delivery timescales or a full refund. We are receiving deliveries every day but please be patient as suppliers do their best during these challenging times. 

NOTE: Special delivery arrangements may be in force for Christmas, the New Year and Easter Holidays. Orders shipped by us and confirmed delivered, completes the order and releases us from all liability.


Our showroom is generally open over the Christmas and Easter periods. 

Please note: If you do not receive your consignment you must contact us within 14 days of your order date. Ltd. will not enter any claims submitted to us after the 14 day period has elapsed. If there is a delay in shipping your order we will inform you immediately by email.


Value Added Tax

All prices shown include VAT at 20.0 % where applicable. The VAT rate on car seats, car seat bases and infant carriers is 5.0%
